Business Sales Executive

Job Discription:

English Browne is looking for an experienced Business Sales Executive to join our offline trade sales team. As the Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our hygiene products through offline channels such as distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the successful distribution and promotion of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand our offline sales channels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for offline trade.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the offline trade market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and launch promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the offline trade market.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels at offline trade outlets to ensure product availability and maximise sales.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business sales, with a focus on offline trade channels.
  • Strong understanding of the offline trade market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies for offline trade.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence key stakeholders and win business.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Experience with inventory management and sales forecasting tools to manage offline trade sales opportunities.
