English Browne, a leading hygiene brand based in India, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand awareness and sales growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute successful campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search, display advertising, and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels to achieve business goals
  • Manage and optimise website content and user experience to improve search engine ranking and user engagement
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop and manage social media content and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance data and report on key metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across various channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search, display advertising, and mobile
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyse and report on campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo, is a plus.
