Marketing Manager

English Browne, a leading hygiene brand in India, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop product messaging, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to develop and launch new products and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, and experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and resources.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG products market and customer needs.
