English Browne, a leading hygiene brand in India, is seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to join our team. The Project Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing projects and campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the desired results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, create project plans, and execute campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our brand and products from competitors.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience managing marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, and experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse marketing data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and resources.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG products market and customer needs.
