Sr. Manager- Corporate Sales

Job Discription:

English Browne, a leading UK based hygiene brand, is seeking a Sr. Manager - Corporate Sales to lead our corporate sales team and drive revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, developing and implementing corporate sales strategies, and ensuring that the team meets its sales targets. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a deep understanding of the corporate sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the corporate sales team to achieve revenue targets and business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and partners
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth and effective corporate sales operations
  • Train and coach sales staff on corporate sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 6+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Knowledge of the hygiene industry and related products would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
